This SAE 100R4 Wire Inserted Hydraulic Suction Hose is suitable for low pressure and vacuum applications with petroleum base hydraulic fluids or water based hydraulic fluids. Made of preeminent oil resistant synthetic rubber, a ply or plies of woven or braided textile fibers with a suitable spiral of body steel wire reinforcement and oil, weather resistant synthetic rubber cover with black color, wrapped surface.

This type of hose is frequently applied to anti-static delivery line,suction & return line,and vacuum applications for petroleum- and water-based hydraulic fluids. With superior abrasion and weather resistance,synthetic rubber cover serves as guard to avoid hydraulic fluid leakage and protecting the inner tube. A ply or plies of textile with inserted high tensile steel wire anchor the fiber to the tube. Excellent oil resistant inner tube can standard up with high temperature hydraulic fluids without deformations and degradation in long terms.
