2. Performance
Fiber hydraulic hoses and steel wire hydraulic hoses have differences in performance due to the different materials they are made of.
(1)Burst pressure
The burst pressure of fiber hydraulic hoses is generally between 100-160MPa, while the burst pressure of steel wire hydraulic hoses is generally between 200-250MPa. Therefore, in high-pressure hydraulic systems, steel wire hydraulic hoses are more widely used.
(2)Corrosion resistance and wear resistance
The inner and outer rubber layers of fiber hydraulic hoses have better wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.
(3)Bending radius
The bending radius of fiber hydraulic hoses is generally small, and they can be flexibly used in narrow spaces. The bending radius of steel wire hydraulic hoses is relatively large.
