As the largest comprehensive international trade event in China with the largest scale, the most diverse range of products, and the largest number of buyers, the 135th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) was held grandly in Guangzhou from April 15th to April 30th.

This exhibition is divided into three phases. General machinery and mechanical basic components, power and electric equipment, processing machinery equipment, engineering machinery, and agricultural machinery products will be exhibited in the first phase from April 15th to 19th. The Canton Fair is an important platform for foreign companies to gain a deep understanding of the latest achievements in Chinese products, technologies， and services, and to explore market opportunities. The 135th Canton Fair, which is currently being held, has attracted foreign companies from all over the world to actively attend. Data shows that among the participants of this year’s Canton Fair, the number of top 250 global retailers and well-known buyers from various countries and regions has increased significantly.

Since founded in 1957, the Canton Fair has experienced ups and downs but never been interrupted, and is regarded as a barometer and weather vane of China's foreign trade. Since 2007, the exhibition has added an import area, and the name of the exhibition has been changed from "China Export Fair" to "China Import and Export Fair", which has grown from a window of Chinese manufacturing to a platform of global manufacturing. Many overseas companies bonded with China because of the Canton Fair, and have grown with the development of China.
